I have liked this band since the fall of 1982. Yes, a life time ago. I was walking down the school hallway, it's my senior year of high school. I heard this guy I had such a huge crush on talking about this band, I had never heard of them. Deaf Leopard, what the heck?

I asked some of my friends if they knew this band, and found one who did. We were at church, so we snuck out to his car and he played "Rock of Ages" for me. It was love at first hearing, I was completely blown away.

I still love these guys, the line up has changed slightly from then. But they only get better. I listen to their music when I feel like I can't go on, when things are just too overwhelming. I am sure that most music lovers know what I am talking about.

Just in case you were wondering, no, they didn't help me get the guy, but we became friends. And I have learned friends are one of the most important things you can have.
